What's a Blog?
A blog is a quickly updated web page used mostly for news, commentary, and other frequently changing topics.  You can read a blog online without any special software.
What's a Feed?
Subscribing to a feed (or "RSS feed") allows you to get updates from many sources all in one place.  To use feeds, you need to have an RSS aggregator on your computer.  Use the aggregator to subscribe to as many feeds as you like, then get updates from your favorite websites automatically, without having to visit each website.
