Buy Used Books to Help the Library

Used books are on sale at all library locations throughout the year during regular business hours. Proceeds from the book sales benefit library programs.

Quarterly Book Sales

Half-price used book sales are held on a quarterly basis and open with a member preview the day before the sale. All books are half-price for an entire weekend and the sales operate during regular library business hours at all library branches, with Sunday's sale at the Downtown branch only.

Do You Have Books to Donate?

The Friends of the Chandler Library welcome your donations of the following items: new or used books, movies or music, recent software, encyclopedia sets, and magazines. Donated items may be tax-deductible. Donations may be dropped of at any of our four library locations:

Downtown Branch: 22 S. Delaware Street

Basha Branch: 5990 S. Val Vista Drive

Sunset Branch: 4930 W. Ray Road

Hamilton Branch: 3700 S. Arizona Avenue
