How do I renew my books?
"Renewing materials" means you haven't finished them and want to
check them out for a little longer. All materials except feature film videos
and DVDs can be renewed twice, unless another user has placed a hold
on the material.. After that, the
items must be returned to the library.
Library materials may be renewed in one of
three ways. 1) You can call the library at
(480) 782-2801 and ask a staff member to renew your items for you.
2) You can bring your materials to the library Circulation
Desk and have a staff member renew the items for you.
3) You can renew the items yourself through our online
catalog on the web. To do this, Click here:
OR
Click the "Catalog"
button from any screen, then look
for the "My Account" link on the upper portion of the
page.
Once you have clicked on the"My Account"
link, click on what you want to do (Renew materials, review you
account), on the next page: enter your user ID (your 14-digit
library card number, with no spaces) and your 4-digit PIN number,
then follow the onscreen instructions to renew your materials. From "My
Account" you
can also see what items you have on hold and what you have charged out.
