Sometimes, even if you know the outcome of a situation, you just have to sit back and enjoy the ride. That's how I felt reading One Day in December by Josie Silver. This isn't your average "boy meets girl" romance - there is quite a journey involved, taking place over ten years. It was fun to see the characters develop, and quite a few pop culture references were thrown in as well. In addition to romance, we also get to see family ties and friendship.
Can you fall in love with someone just by locking eyes with them through a bus window? Does everyone have a soul mate? If you're looking for a light read taking place in England and told in alternating voices, then this the book for you. - Rosanna (Administration)
