Tell Me Three Things by Julie Buxbaum
This is a romance/mystery book. The main character is Jessie, a teen girl whose life is complicated. Jessie’s mother has just passed away, her dad is moving in with his new wife and, she is moving half way across the country to get a new start. The first week of being at her new school, she receives an email from an anonymous person willing to help her navigate the school. She makes it her mission to get a job, make friends, and learn who is emailing her.
Tell Me Three Things is my number one recommended book for my friends. This book is cheesy, but it is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and it is always a good read. All the characters in this book contribute to the plot and shape Jessie into the person she wants to be. Jessie is truly a mess when she starts school, but it is comforting to watch her grow throughout the book. Overall, I definitely recommend for someone who just wants a good giggle and a cheesy romance novel.
